前在兩個(gè)可能是我們最經(jīng)常見(jiàn)到一個(gè)標(biāo)識(shí)了。這個(gè)標(biāo)識(shí)稱為“CE安全合格標(biāo)識(shí)”，簡(jiǎn)稱“CE標(biāo)識(shí)”（英文作：CE Marking），是歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體（簡(jiǎn)稱歐共體）——如今成為歐洲聯(lián)盟（簡(jiǎn)稱歐盟）——最早發(fā)起實(shí)施對(duì)產(chǎn)品實(shí)行的一種標(biāo)識(shí)，用它證明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟發(fā)布的相關(guān)指令的安全要求。CE標(biāo)識(shí)的“安全”范疇包涵4個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容，即是：對(duì)使用者（人），寵物（家畜家禽），財(cái)產(chǎn)（物業(yè)），及環(huán)境（自然環(huán)境）的安全。

CE標(biāo)識(shí)的英文曾使用“EC（European Conformity） Mark”，但在1993年7月22日發(fā)表的歐盟產(chǎn)品指令Product Directive 第93/68/EEC號(hào)中正式使用“CE Marking”取代“EC Mark”。至今，“CE Marking”一直是歐盟文件中使用的官方術(shù)語(yǔ)。CE標(biāo)識(shí)是歐盟特有的一個(gè)強(qiáng)制性的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)記。它是宣稱產(chǎn)品符合歐盟相關(guān)安全、健康、環(huán)境保護(hù)法律法令的標(biāo)記。據(jù)估計(jì)，目前流通于歐盟統(tǒng)一市場(chǎng)上的產(chǎn)品中，約有多于70％的產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)被規(guī)入必須攜帶CE標(biāo)識(shí)，否則不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)流通之列。制造廠商通過(guò)在其產(chǎn)品上標(biāo)明CE標(biāo)識(shí)的方式，來(lái)聲明此項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品完全符合歐盟指令的相關(guān)規(guī)定。如果規(guī)定允許，CE標(biāo)識(shí)也可標(biāo)示在包裝或隨附文件上。CE標(biāo)識(shí)并非測(cè)試標(biāo)志，也不是專門面向消費(fèi)者的保證聲明，只是表明制造廠商宣示其產(chǎn)品符合所有相關(guān)的法規(guī)。
上面提到了“歐盟指令”，這是指這樣一套指令：其中涵括許多基本保健及安全規(guī)定，以及評(píng)估產(chǎn)品符合規(guī)定程度的訂定程序。每項(xiàng)指令在區(qū)域性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂機(jī)構(gòu)所訂定的調(diào)和歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中均會(huì)具體說(shuō)明詳細(xì)的基本規(guī)定。因此，相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的制造商、進(jìn)口商及配銷商都必須明顯標(biāo)示，產(chǎn)品完全符合每項(xiàng)指令在“基本規(guī)定”所列出的保健及安全規(guī)定。
玩具安全的“歐盟指令”（European Toy Safety Directive）是：88/378/EEC，93/68/EEC。
歐盟在1990年1月起，要求聯(lián)盟內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上的所有玩具產(chǎn)品，必須符合CE標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并將CE標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)明在玩具包裝上。
“CE”是法語(yǔ)“Conformitｅ Europｅe(cuò)nne”的縮寫，意思為：“歐洲一致”。
第三個(gè)是可循環(huán)使用,箭頭中間的數(shù)字表示材料的種類,比如1為PET料;
第四個(gè)是回收標(biāo)示:說(shuō)明該商品或商品的包裝是用可再生材料制作的，有益于環(huán)境和保護(hù)地球，多使用可回收、可循環(huán)再生的商品，能減少對(duì)地球資源的消耗。不同國(guó)家的標(biāo)志會(huì)有差異，日韓出產(chǎn)多是正方形，歐美出產(chǎn)多為三角形，但都是帶箭頭的循環(huán)形狀。
